Grazia Seradimigni, violin
Grazia Serradimigni is a very active chamber music and orchestral performer and experienced teacher. She has played in concerts throughout Italy and abroad in duo recitals, as a member of Gruppo Musica Insieme di Cremona, Orchestra da Camera di Mantova, and Orchestra da Camera ''I Virtuosi ltaliani'' and also as a member of the well known Sandro Materassi Quartet. Grazia won numerous competitions for playing in the Maggio Musicale Florentino, in the Orchestra Sinfonica del Teatro alla Scala di Milano and the European Community Youth Orchestra (ECYO), etc. With the ECYO orchestra she toured many important cities throughout Europe, Japan and Mexico, working with Illustrious conductors Such as Bernstein, Abbado, Dorati, Solti and Baremboim. She was awarded many scholarships, among others for the Rassegna Glovani Violinisti di Vittorio Veneto in 1981 to study with Maestro Franco Gulli and Alain Meunier, has made recordings for Italian and Swiss television and radio, and has appeared on the Dynamic label. She currently teaches violin at Music Conservatory in Parma.
